Bangkok: City of Sex

Local Stranger: Hey, where are you from Pak?
Me & My friend: Indonesia.
Local Stranger: Ouw, Abu Dhabi. (What??? This guy is completely lost in Geography)
Me & My friend: Jakarta
Local Stranger: Massage Kap, 100 Bath, whole body
Me & My friend: (talking in Bahasa)
Local Stranger: Massage Kap, 50 Bath. F*ck*ng and S*ck*ng Kap. 50 Bath.

We're just get out from MBK (One of mall in Bangkok) and directly searched for taxi, until this local stranger came, and above conversation happened.

Bangkok, I don't hesitate to pronounce this city as The City of Sex. Further intense from Amsterdam I believe. Be an expatriate in this city, then you will understand how people in Bangkok treat us. Me, my self, I treated fully like customer, and they consume me. At least that's what I felt so far.

Take a walk in various roads in centre of Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Silom, Siam, etc), you can easily find Bars and Clubs along the way. These are special Bars and Clubs. Once you're in, you will be tempted with those almost-naked-girls in the middle of the room above the stage. They dance in very sexy way, holding the pole, spinning around, attract their audiences so they will be taken away.

Bangkok; beyond imagination, not provide you only the dance, even the actions. Ping Pong show: sex shows which covers a lot of actions, which beyond our imagination. They even provide the live f*ck*ng show.

Take a walk in those roads, you'll find porn DVDs, dildos, etc., as easy as you find Hotdog.

At least people here are not being hypocrite.
Do they proud of it? I don't think so.
These all just a system.
System we known as Bangkok.

I named it myself: "Mysterious Bangkok".

Bangkok: where modern and traditional meet.

Deep in the heart of Bangkok, we will find modernization side by side with traditional-religion architectures. The city is moving in two directions.

Mega projects of modernities. Futuristic architectures, enormous infrastructures (sky train, MRT, etc), high degree land usage.

On the other hand, people in Bangkok also build their Based sanctuaries:

Something mysterious about this city. I haven't figure it out. It's just, this city is different with
other cities I've ever been. Something mystical, something different, far beyond casual about this city. The breath, the atmosfer, the routines, all are unusual; looks like usual but they are not.
